Aerogarden day 1, marriage day 14
So yeah, we got married. crazy kids! yes, we got dressed up and talked about love, but importantly, the food was awesome! We were so happy so many folks were able to make it out to Chicago, and still sad that a few folks were unable to attend.
In addition to the honeymoon, which i'll blog eventually, we got some amazing gifts. Although the transformation to our spice collection is notable, the most extravagant food-related gift we got was from my co-workers, who gave us the AeroGarden.
This amazing system is an indoor garden that uses hydroponic technology to grow tasty vegetables and herbs, right on our countertop! In 3 months we should be enjoying our first batch of tomatoes, grown organically and with the optimal nutrients for optimal flavor. I'll keep the world posted on the growth, as of now, the only action is some condensation inside the little domes.

how the heck does that thing work? boggles the mind, it does. when will you all have official wedding pics? all mine turned out super dark.
